• Kane v. DeBlasio Lawsuit Featured in the New York Times! This past Saturday, July 2nd, CHD’s lawsuit Kane v. de Blasio was featured in the The New York Times. This case against vaccine mandates for NYC educators has been argued in federal court for over 10 months, but this was the first time The Times felt information on the case was “fit to print.” The coverage was quite fair and balanced, even quoting CHD-backed trial attorney Sujata Gibson. The article focused on the fact that every judge assigned to preside over the case has owned Pfizer and other Big Pharma stocks. Three judges have been asked to recuse themselves over the apparent conflict of interest and two of them have obliged the request. The judge currently overseeing the case, Justice Naomi Buchwald, owned up to $250,000 in Pfizer stock in her 2020 financial disclosure. However, Buchwald now states that she did not own the stock when the case was assigned to her just 2 weeks ago. Attorneys for plaintiffs have requested updated financial information from Buchwald but it is unlikely to be disclosed anytime soon, as 2021 (and 2022) financial disclosures are not legally required to be released at this time.

• Hands Off Our Children! We Are the Last Line Standing to Protect the Children: We need to keep sounding the alarm! It’s critical we continue to educate and warn parents and caregivers as well as practitioners, pharmacists and other healthcare workers about the harms and dangers associated with giving this shot to babies and children. Please organize Defender Days and a small team of people to distribute our new Informed Consent flyers in your community, at local pharmacies and hospitals. This is a great way to drop small truth bombs in public places with facts about the harms and risks of COVID shots. • Did you know Campaign:  CHD.TV recently launched the #DidYouKnow Campaign, aimed at protecting unknowing parents from vaccinating their babies + young children. We’re asking YOU to send in a video of you presenting a compelling fact about why parents should not vaccinate their children for COVID-19. Post your videos on social media and tag #DidYouKnow #CHDTV. Once received, we will be playing each submission on CHD.TV  to warn other parents. It is so important that we all participate in this campaign!

Even in the midst of recess, you can still contact your legislators and meet within district to discuss the importance of the provisions outlined in House Bill 631, otherwise known as the COVID-19 Health Care Professional-Patient Relationship Protection Act. • The “Medical Right to Refuse” Constitutional Amendment was approved last month by Ohio Attorney General, Dave Yost. The amendment proposes to add Section 22 to Article 1 of the Ohio Constitution, which would read as follows:“ (A) An individual’s right to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device shall be absolute.(B) No law, rule, regulation, person, employer, entity, or healthcare provider shall require, mandate, or coerce any person to receive or use a medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device nor shall they discriminate against the individual who exercises this right.(C) No other provision of the Ohio Constitution shall impair or limit the rights contained herein.”Ohioans can visit the following link for more information: www.MedicalRight2Refuse.com
