Dr. Peter McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist. He maintains ABIM certification in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases. He practices both internal medicine including the management of common infectious diseases as well as the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine in Dallas TX, USA. On November 19, 2020, Dr. McCullough testified in the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and throughout 2021 in the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, Colorado General Assembly, and New Hampshire Senate concerning many aspects of the pandemic response. Dr. McCullough has had one full-year of dedicated academic and clinical efforts in combating the SARS-CoV-2 virus and in doing so, has reviewed thousands of reports, participated in scientific congresses, group discussions, press releases, and has been considered among the world’s experts on COVID-19.
Simone Gold, MD, JD, FABEM
America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) founder Dr. Simone Gold, is a board-certified emergency physician who has worked on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. She is the author of the provocative, top-selling book I Do Not Consent: My Fight Against Medical Cancel Culture. Gold graduated from Chicago Medical School before attending Stanford University Law School to earn her Juris Doctorate. Tricia Labuda Bhat, MD
Dr. Tricia Labuda Bhat has over 15 years of board-certified, full-spectrum family medicine experience in international, rural, urban, and teaching settings. Since 2019 she has been serving patients through Spring House Health, her solo private Direct Primary Care practice in central Ohio. At OWU (Ohio Wesleyan University), she majored in zoology and psychology while minoring in chemistry and playing varsity basketball. After graduating from the Medical College of Ohio (now the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences) she completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
Most recently Dr. Bhat has been advocating for Ohioans’ access to wellness through testifying as a proponent of Ohio’s Substitute House Bill 248 and through providing information summaries to the local school board.

James Lyons Weiler B.A., M.Sc., Ph.D.
Dr. Lyons-Weiler has seventeen years’ experience in biomedical research, serving primarily in the capacity of research study design and analysis. His primary interests are in the development of prediction models of adverse outcomes of biomedical treatments, therapies, and biologic prophylatics and in the molecular and cellular basis of disease. He was the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the open-access journal Cancer Informatics, and has served on the editorial board of numerous journals. His latest journal, Science, Public Health Policy, & the Law, brings forward views and analyses of the goodness of fit between public health and medical practices and science. He is the founder, CEO and scientific director of iPak Knowledge and the principal investigator and scientific director of The Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing Evaluation Consortium (NAATEC).
Dr. Lyons-Weiler is the author of the books, “Cures vs. Profits,” “The Environmental and Genetic Causes of Autism,” and “Ebola: An Evolving Story.” He was invited to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA to work in the then-new Hillman Cancer Center and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, where Dr. Ronald Herberman was Director.
Dr. Lyons-Weiler is also the editor-in-chief of Science, Public Health Policy and the Law. He worked with oncologists, surgeons, and other cancer researchers applied his methods of analysis to prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, renal cell carcinoma, astrocytoma, melanoma, and lung cancer. There he met Dr. Sam Weiand, who took him under his wing and advised him on the use of matching methods for accrual of patients to randomized clinical trials. He was selected to serve on numerous large grants, and managed a multi-institutional consortium focused on the optimization of laboratory and computational methods in proteomics. He participated in the NCI’s Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) and their caBIG (Cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid) initiatives. He served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of his brainchild journal, the open access, rigorously peer-reviewed journal, Cancer Informatics. He published numerous papers on new ways of looking at cancer that have helped set the stage for research in individualized medicine. He taught two full courses a year, one on research design, and the other on the analysis of high dimensional genomic and proteomic data.
Dr. Lyons-Weiler has also served as an expert witness in cases involving vaccine injury.
Kevin Barry, Esq.

Kedarji is a holistic well-being visionary, Yoga Science and Meditation Master. He is the Founder of The Bhakta School of Transformation, an Ohio-based not-for-profit public charity devoted to lasting Inner Peace and Well-Being. Nadera Lopez-Garrity is the President of Children’s Health Defense Ohio Chapter. She is also the co-founder and serves as Vice President of Health Freedom Ohio, a politically active nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about holistic pathways to health and wellness.
