• Untested, unsafe, Omicron boosters now approved! On Wednesday, the FDA authorized Covid booster shots from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna that skipped human clinical trials. Followed by yesterday’s ACIP meeting, where the CDC recommended use of these reformulated boosters shots for children 12 years old and up targeting BA.4 and BA.5 Omicron sub variants. The old boosters are being phased out completely and replaced with these new formulations, which had almost no clinical testing aside from testing on about 8 mice. ACIP voted 12 yes, 1 person abstained and only Dr. Pablo Sanchez voted no due to his concerns with lack of human testing. The previous VRBPAC meeting on June 28th for the “Future Framework” laid the groundwork for reformulated shots to go directly to market with little to no testing. Our government agencies are now positioning this as a way to “update and simplify their recommendations for vaccine use” as stated by Dr. Melinda Wharton during the ACIP meeting.

Even in the midst of recess, you can still contact your legislators and meet within district to discuss the importance of the provisions outlined in House Bill 631, otherwise known as the COVID-19 Health Care Professional-Patient Relationship Protection Act. • CHD California: GREAT NEWS! SB866 is dead! Denise Young, Executive Director of CHD-CA joined other freedom groups at the Capitol on Wednesday, August 31st to oppose SB866, the bill that would allow minors 15 and up to receive vaccines including the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent or knowledge. On the last day of session, the bill’s author announced the bill did not have enough support and therefore moved to “inactive status.” The fight to defeat this bill in order to preserve parental rights has been long and tedious. It is a great reminder that our voices can still make a difference. *See Attached Photo*

• CHD New York: In New York there was massive mainstream coverage of CHD’s End All Travel Mandates protest in support of unvaccinated Wimbledon Champion Novak Djokovic on day one of the US Open in Queens, NY, Monday 8-29-22. The protest was covered by MSN, YAHOO, FOX, EXPRESS UK, TIMES OF INDIA, REBEL NEWS, BREITBART as well as many tennis publications. The action was a wild success! Michael Kane also reported on the rally for CHD TV.

• CHD Arizona: You don’t want to miss this spectacular event taking place from October 13th-16th! Take a break from the work of the last few years. • The Censorship on Social Media is Rampant! It is HIGHLY recommended to create “alt” social media accounts on Telegram, Getter.com and Fab.com, all of which support free speech.

• Recommended Guidelines for Social Posts: Draw a colored box or line over words such as “vaccine”, Pfizer, Moderna, Covid, Omicron, etc if you have them in your graphics. Also be sure to use the word “shot” in your text posts/captions and try to use different characters for words, such as v@x or v@seen now as the AI is picking up the keywords that are using other characters. We recommend not posting on Facebook any vaccine related content as the CHD page is periodically not allowed to post due to vaccine (and even mask) related articles after which FB removes the post. If you do post, maybe tone it down or post less often.
