National and Local Updates for the Week of February 13th

Disaster in Ohio

On Feb 3, a 150-car freight train operated by Norfolk Southern derailed and a so-called “controlled” burn released toxic chemicals last week in East Palestine, Ohio.  The enormous plume of gray smoke covered the sky and although the Governor, Mike DeWine, told residents that it is “safe to go home,” there is mounting evidence that is far from safe to do so.  Blackened streams, dead fish and other animals lead residents fearing far greater consequences to health and the environment short and long term.

See below Map of what water goes into the Ohio river and at what point. Check your bottled water origin and dates. The chemicals from the derailment explosion are going into the Ohio River so if your water comes out of the Ohio River – South of the New Cumberland, OH area that’s potentially an issue.

Stop Smart Meters!

Drip, Drip, Drip: Water Meters Leak RF; Cheat Customers: “Smart” water meters have slipped by without much public notice, and are being installed all over the US currently, often inside people’s homes. There are different systems and companies, but as with electric and gas ‘smart’ meters, they broadcast your usage data wirelessly, permeating your home with radio-frequency radiation and compromising your privacy.

“Smart” metering systems in general are looking increasingly insecure and unprotected from attacks: these hackers needed only two days to get into an electricity ‘smart’ meter and fake readings. According to a recent assessment, new water-metering systems “are vulnerable because of the wireless medium they use. Communications are not encrypted (largely due to higher costs) and so they are easily intercepted, faked, or even jammed.”

City Offers “no cost” Smart Water Meter Installation; Landlord Pays $1,000+ for Repairs after “botched” Installation

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo has been upgrading water meters the last few months, offering what city officials have claimed is a “no cost installation.” But, south Toledo landlord Andrew Jergenson said had to pay over $1,000 after what he called a botched installation.

Jergenson owns a duplex on Airport Highway and said he is always looking for ways to improve. So when he first heard of Toledo’s smart water meter program, he was excited by what he read on the city’s flyer. “It seemed like a really good idea because it said in the letter, ‘no expense to the owner.’ Well, it didn’t turn out that way,” he said.

National Updates:

*Breaking News* CHD Sues CDC! Just this week, CHD filed a lawsuit against the CDC to obtain documents related to safety monitoring of the Covid vaccines through the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) database.  CHD requested documents via FOIA (the Freedom of Information Act) back in the summer of 2022 that were supposed to be delivered by the CDC by December of 2022.

Not surprisingly, the CDC has not yet provided these documents.  According to Mary Holland, “The CDC continues to ask the American public to believe that COVID shots are safe, without providing the evidence. Our lawsuit demands that the CDC give us hard data to back up its claim. No one should take vaccine safety on faith.”  Be on the lookout for updates and share within all of your groups!

Fingerprints of the Unvaccinated:  Shocking news out of New York this week!  Fingerprints of unvaccinated NYC teachers were flagged to the FBI. The original report went viral around the world. Initially it was picked up by Daily Clout, then Dr. Jessica Rose wrote an excellent substack about it, and the story was republished dozens of times in multiple languages.

Michael Kane was interviewed on FOX & FRIENDS national news about this, The Defender  ran a major piece covering it that RFK Jr. tweeted, and Dr. Joseph Mercola referenced it extensively in his recent article on how the unvaccinated are being tracked by the government. Kane has called for local and federal investigations into this scandal, which has been echoed by NYC City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino.

Last weekend, attorney Sujata Gibson filed yet another lawsuit on behalf of NY Educators who declined covid vaccination this time in state court naming Teachers for Choice as a plaintiff and backed by Children’s Health Defense. This case is new and separate from the federal lawsuits for fired NYC workers argued in court just last week.

Sujata Gibson and Michael Kane were interviewed by PIX11 News in NYC here. Two other plaintiffs in the case were interviewed by NEWS 12 Bronx here. Michael Kane was also interviewed on FOX Business national news to discuss NYC’s vaccine mandates here. A majority of these events were covered on the February 14th edition of Good Morning CHD.

Don’t Mandate Harm, Don’t Break Our Hearts! The COVID-19 injection has officially been added to the routine childhood and adult vaccination schedule by the CDC. As tweeted by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., “This reckless action is final proof of the cynicism, corruption + capture of a once exemplary public health agency.” Mary Holland also weighed in on this news stating, “The childhood schedule is already unscientific and unjustifiable.

Adding this shot may well be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Parents are likely to resist, finally calling the entire childhood vaccine schedule into question.  That day has been long in coming, but it is now here. I believe we are now watching the beginning of the end of the reign of Big Pharma over the nation’s children.” On Tuesday, we held a Twitter storm to sound off at the CDC based on their recent decision.

Many states are now on high-alert for potential legislation that would mandate the shot for school. Now is the time to advocate for parental rights and informed consent. Start meeting with your legislators now to demand parental rights are preserved. Ask your legislators to ban the COVID vaccine mandate for daycare and students as 21 states have already done.

Action Alerts/Campaigns/Advocacy

Two Important Action Alerts that need your participation! As CDC released their childhood schedule last week with COVID vaccines included, we are working to get ahead of potential mandates for school. Fortunately the following states already have bans in place for COVID school mandates: AL, IN, AR, AZ, FL, OK, KS, SC, MI, SD, MS, TN, GA, MT, TX, IA, NH, UT, ID, WV.  Ohio is not fully protected as HB244 prohibits public K-12 schools and state institutions of higher education from requiring an individual to receive a vaccine that is not yet fully approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

We need the rest of the states to follow suit! Please take action here and share! The second action is for members of our armed forces who need our help! Take part in this action alert to tell your legislators to demand the VA include COVID vaccine injury as a recognized disability. Those serving our country and fighting for our freedoms need to receive the benefits they deserve NOW!

Less Scrolling More Living! Global Walkout Step 18:  So many of us spend countless hours wasting time on our devices – aimlessly scrolling and taking us away from the now.  Step 18 of the Global Walkout is focused on being more in the present moment and spending less time on our apps/devices!

While it’s hard (maybe impossible) to completely stop the scroll, a more intentional and conscious approach for using our apps will help us have less time stolen from the present moment.
