As 2022 comes to a close and Thanksgiving is around the corner, we would like to thank everyone who supported CHD Ohio this year. Thank you to our individual donors, our monthly members and thank you to everyone who attended our hosted events. It was a busy year, and we appreciate each and every one of you!

On October 10, 2022, Congressman Alex X. Mooney (House financial Services Committee) introduced H.R. 9157, the “Gold Standard Restoration Act.”

The legislation calls for the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve to publicly disclose all gold holdings and gold transactions within 30 months, after which time the Federal Reserve note “dollar” would be pegged to a fixed weight of gold at its then-market price. Federal Reserve notes would become fully redeemable for and exchangeable with gold at the new fixed price, with the U.S. Treasury and its gold reserves backstopping Federal Reserve Banks as guarantor.

CHD’s Inaugural Conference Now Online! Our inaugural conference on Oct. 23–24, 2022, in Knoxville, Tennessee was a huge success full of inspiring and fact-filled discussions from the movement’s experts and leaders. For those who were unable to join us, you can now watch your favorite speakers from the conference on our newly revamped CHD.TV, available now for playback. The feedback we received has been incredible. We hope to see even more of you join us next year! Please share this page that shares all modules for conference playback. U.S. Covid Public Health Emergency To Stay In Place: This past Monday, the Biden Administration extended the Covid Public Health Emergency, providing free vaccines, treatments and tests for Americans. The Department of Health and Human Services officials are still not signaling an end date. This comes after President Biden himself commented that the nation’s response to COVID is shifting. According to Reuters. HHS has promised to give states 60 days notice before letting the emergency expire. On the most recent episode of  ‘This Week With Mary + Polly’, Mary Holland reiterated that in January they will decide if there is a new emergency, and that if dropped, there would be liability for the vaccines, the tests and the masks since all are Emergency Use Authorization. It’s Time To Go Back To Our Statehouses! The elections are over, and with many new Medical Freedom friendly elected officials in place, we all need to be planning to go back to our statehouses to engage and educate all of them. Stand for Health Freedom just announced that there was a  sweep for Medical Freedom candidates in the 2022 midterm elections, especially in local statewide offices.

Lawsuit Challenging Denial of Religious Exemption for Measles Vaccine Headed to Jury Trial: Last week, a federal appeals court overturned a lower court’s finding that Rockland County, NY public health authorities were justified in issuing an emergency order banning unvaccinated students against measles, including those with religious exemptions, from public spaces. The case will now go to a jury, on the basis that there are questions of fact for which a jury must make a determination. Stop COVID Mandates for School! Please Continue to Take Action and SHARE! We need to continue to take action following the ACIP vote and the impending threat for many states to mandate COVID jab for school. There are two things we can all do to stop this. First, we need to demand CDC and elected officials protect our children from COVID-19 mandates. Next, we should be reaching out to our own school district’s superintendent, and state’s education commissioner to plead for their intercession on behalf of our children. We need parents rising up! Let’s make clear to the superintendent and commissioner that state exemptions are not enough and that parents will pull their child from school if this vaccine is mandated for attendance, costing the district tens of thousands of dollars in funding. Parents hold the power — don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

And stay tuned for a new social media campaign coming soon “Truth unScripted” that will share hard-hitting facts about the harms and risks of the COVID injection and all vaccines, using handwritten, cursive memes to avoid the censorship and AI bots.

Reignite Freedom’s Global Walkout: Step 11 of the Global Walkout is to spend at least 3 hours outdoors this week, all at once or incrementally. This step is a reminder that we need to boost our vitamin D levels, so we are energetic and ready to push back against whatever is thrown at us. We all need a reminder to take a breath, go outside and rejuvenate. Be sure to share far and wide within all of your networks and on social media so that this very important campaign can reach the masses!
