The “Medical Right to Refuse” Constitutional Amendment was approved last this summer by Ohio Attorney General, Dave Yost. The amendment proposes to add Section 22 to Article 1 of the Ohio Constitution, which would read as follows:“ (A) An individual’s right to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device shall be absolute.(B) No law, rule, regulation, person, employer, entity, or healthcare provider shall require, mandate, or coerce any person to receive or use a medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, prophylactic, pharmaceutical, or medical device nor shall they discriminate against the individual who exercises this right.(C) No other provision of the Ohio Constitution shall impair or limit the rights contained herein.” Ohioans can visit the following link for more information: www.MedicalRight2Refuse.com
Remdesivir Deaths Lawsuit Press Conference: With Children’s Health Defense support, a lawsuit was filed against three hospitals on behalf of 14 families who lost loved ones at the hands of healthcare providers who used Remdesivir to treat Covid-19. The press conference was set to be held in the Fresno Veterans Memorial Museum September 7th, but participants were not allowed inside or outside of the facility by the city. The event was moved to the church of Pastor Anthony Flores. Attorneys Dan Watkins and Michael Hamilton announced the filing of a lawsuit against 3 Fresno County hospitals for Wrongful Death, Constructive Fraud, Elder Abuse, Medical Negligence and Battery. Attorneys for the 13 plaintiffs gave a detailed account of hospital misconduct executed for financial gain. Experts such as Dr. Brian Ardis, Dr. Peter McCollough and others presented studies and data on Remdesivir and Dr. Anthony Fauci’s mandate to use this killer drug on hospitalized Covid patients. Representatives from CHD California were also in attendance! This lawsuit has the potential to expose the horrific fraud of Remdesivir, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and the entire Covid-19 narrative. Reignite Freedom’s Global Walkout: This past Sunday, the second step ‘Reignite Farming’ was announced by farmer Piet Postma from the Netherlands. This step of the Global Walkout is to locate and support family run grocery stores and markets as much as possible. Try to purchase locally grown products to support the farming and market communities in your area. If you live in the city, research what fresh produce is grown in your region. The next step will be announced this coming Sunday at 3pm eastern time. Be sure to share far and wide within all of your networks and on social media so that this very important campaign can reach the masses!
New EMR Education and Awareness Campaign: Find resources and campaign materials to take action against the rollout of 5G and support CHD’s ongoing advocacy efforts. Learn about how to limit electromagnetic radiation exposure from wireless technology at home, school, work and in public. A variety of educational handouts, guides and memes are available to spread awareness and education on this topic. More and more 5G and small cell towers are going up on school properties without any safety testing. Children are especially vulnerable to effects from RF radiation. This has got to stop. Please take action here to tell your legislators that these towers need to be kept at a safe distance from schools!

CHD New York: NYC was on fire this past weekend! Workers who were fired over covid shot mandates came out to make their voices heard. On Friday, September 9th, fired workers were invited to City Hall by the bi-partisan Common Sense Caucus. They held a press conference on the steps of City Hall and gave over 5 hours of testimony inside. The press conference was covered by CBS, PIX11, and NY1. Bonnie Skala and Kozi, members of the NY Chapter, gave impassioned speeches in front of the committee. They highlighted the fact that the department of health overstepped their authority by removing religious exemptions for healthcare workers and how COVID vaccines and masks were not effective at preventing the spread of COVID. Fire Captain Brendan Fogarty also delivered fiery testimony that has gone viral on social media! Michael Kane interviewed Fogarty as well as fired Brooklyn teacher Moe Olivier on GOOD MORNING CHD. Subsequently, the day after the press conference, NY WORKERS FOR CHOICE marched in the NYC labor day parade, where fired teachers confronted Randi Weingarten who is the president of the national teachers union.
CHD Nebraska Provides Notice of Harms Inflicted by Masks: The Nebraska Chapter has drafted a letter to school officials and health agencies in order to highlight the lack of science and ineffectiveness of masking. The letter outlines the fact that wearing masks, especially for extended periods of time, puts individuals at risk for Mask-Induced Exhaustion Syndrome (MIES), Hypercarbia and the Fogan Effect. Recommended Guidelines for Social Posts: Draw a colored box or line over words such as “vaccine”, Pfizer, Moderna, Covid, Omicron, etc if you have them in your graphics. Also be sure to use the word “shot” in your text posts/captions and try to use different characters for words, such as v@x or v@seen now as the AI is picking up the keywords that are using other characters. We recommend not posting on Facebook any vaccine related content as the CHD page is periodically not allowed to post due to vaccine (and even mask) related articles after which FB removes the post. If you do post, maybe tone it down or post less often.
